Specifications

Wide Input Power
Designed for 72V Electric mopped solutions. Compatible with wide range of power architectures (12V/48V/72V/96V).

Throttle Remapping
Throttle signal remapping to implement various throttle ramping profiles (Linear/ exponential/ noise rejection).

Communication
02x CAN Bus interfaces enable communication on two separate ports. This opens a wide range of functions such as protocol conversion to enable communication between different EV components as a gateway.

Controlled Outputs
72V/5A controlled output power. Enabling sensing and control of power supply to auxiliary DC/DC converter.

Motion sense engine
Motion sensing opens the possibility of identifying road events such as High impact, fall over, extreme vibration and vandalism/theft detection.

Sensing
Sensing of multiple voltages and digital signals to implement smart features.

Storage & Logging
Communication & Smart fault logging system enables monitoring and saving Sequence of Events with real time stamps.

Onboard debug port (OBD)
OBD port enables factory service and inspection through system logs. Complete control over fault list, Sequence of Events (SOE) and Warranty control.

Expansion/ Telematics
Internal feature expansion enables integration of more advance features for Telematics and Edge IoT applications.
VCU Pilot Vehicles
TRI VCU was developed for 2 wheeler EV bikes and small Electric vehicles with low voltage battery architectures (<96VDC). Pilot testing indicates considerable improvements in vehicle throttle response and opens new possibilities to add more features.
